Clinical history:
Newborn term girl was prenatally diagnosed with complex cardiopathy (mitral atresia, left ventricular hypoplasia, ventricular septal defect, aortic arch hypoplasia). Physical examination disclosed a tumour at the anterior fontanelle, a protruding whitish mass from the oral cavity, ogival palate, mild hypertelorism, low-set ears and mild gynecomastia.
